Many current email programs and services require that you explicitly add the email addresses of the people whose email you want to receive. If a message comes through from a sender who is not in your Address Book or on your Safe Sender list, the email will be blocked, and you will not see your message.
To help ensure that you get the email that you want, we've provided some program specific instructions. It's easy to add email addresses to popular email programs. Just choose your email program from the top bar, and follow the short instructions.
